Mr. Venkata Swamy Puppala

(FOUNDER & MANAGING DIRECTOR)

Mr. P V Swamy is the founder and Managing Director of SASEC Engineering Pvt. Ltd with over 40 years of rich experience in Industrial engineering. His unswerving and relentless effort has brought him to the pedestal of success very much to our reverence and admiration. Starting his career as a Fitter , he worked his way through the ranks, learning business from Fitter to Fabricator and Erection foreman. Having worked for many years, he chose to make his stint as an entrepreneur and made his foray to start his own enterprise.

Raghunath Puppala

(DIRECTOR)

As an Engineering graduate, he stepped into his father’s business with a great vision, dedication and commitment to drive the business to a successful landmark by providing outstanding services and clients’ satisfaction. His contribution to the company as the primary development engine and a major force behind its expansion is quite admirable. His vision, strategic thinking and perseverance have contributed significantly to the overall success of the company.

Chandra Sekhar Share Puppala

An engineering graduate who joined his father's firm after gaining extensive expertise in a range of industries, including information technology and engineering. He has made significant contributions to the company's success in terms of administration, supply chain operations automation, employee welfare, and reputation building by adhering to unique standards that allow the company to handle any project professionally and win over clients on all projects.

An engineering graduate who joined Mr. P.V. Swamy in the early stages of his business launch and has been a key contributor to the company's growth and clients. He is the pivotal person who is responsible for producing professional outcomes and meeting client expectations and ensuring that projects are executed according to the streamlined processes and increased overall efficiency, which can lead to cost savings and improved productivity.

An engineering graduate began his career with the organization and has contributed to its success since his journey with the organization. He is exceptionally competent in engineering design, detailing, and project execution, focusing all of his expertise on design aspects. Project execution sequencing, planning, invoicing, contractual management of sub-vendors working on the project are his team's primary tasks, and he leads the entire team.

From fabricating large condensers to re-tubing small heat exchangers, our goal is to have your equipment ready when you need it.

To help us keep track of the work we undertake, we have all the necessary tools and technology for effectively managing and progressing complex engineering and fabrication projects.

All support processes including material take-off (MTO), estimating man-hours and quantifying material requirements, requisitioning, procurement, expediting, manifesting, goods receiving, project material scheduling and allocation, material traceability and warehouse inventory are well tabulated at every stage of the project.

In addition, we also have other critical project support activities including document control, procedures, parts catalogue, time and job booking, weight control / centre of gravity calculations and pipeline fabrication minutely listed as a task with an assigned timeframe for each.

These details help our customers to compare the actual progress with the projected progress and give a complete outline of how the fabrication is proceeding.
